Funny thing about Californians, and anyone who's been there will certainly agree. No matter how fast you drive (and I drive pretty fast, and used to drive FASTER) there is always some son-of-a-bitch who has to pass you. Doesn't matter where, the weather, the road conditions, the lane configuration, visibility, nothing.

A guy I used to work for used to say "Californians are always in a hurry to go sit on their ass." I couldn't have said it better.
