Hanging Out

Fab and I had plans for a road bike ride today....It rained this AM, but by 10 it had stopped...off we go. Woodinville-Maltby-Snohomish-Monroe-Woodinville. We were ready to climb Woodinville-Duvall road but I decided to ride more. Ames Lake, Union Hill, Avondale, Woodinville Duvall Road. Five hours in the saddle. I think it was about 65 miles. Oh, and I rode my single speed and with the new cranks I went up to a tooth on the front...39x18. So, 65 (maybe 70) ain't bad. Not half bad at all. I was tired by the time I hit Avondale....Had to dig kinda deep to make it back to Puddinville.

Then we came back to my place, ate pizza, drank beer and played xbox...A perfect day for the men!
